Routine Service

Step One: Our process begins with the delivery of the container(s), which will serve as a secure and locked receptacle for your documents. There are two types of containers: the Executive Console and the High Volume Security Container.

Our Executive Consoles are top of the line, attractive cabinets that will blend into your office décor. More importantly, the consoles are keyed and locked prohibiting unauthorized access. The paper slot is positioned to allow easy deposit of documents that need to be destroyed, but will not allow reach entry into the console.

  • Its attractive, light grey exterior blends well in any
    office décor.
  • The top of the bin may be used as space for a fax
    machine or a printer.
  • The front door is secured with a steel lock. Keys are
    supplied to contact person.
  • The one way chute ensures ease for document
deposits, but eliminates the possibility of document
    retrieval.
  • 36"H x 19"W x 19"D

with ease through a standard door.

    contact person.

Step Two: Following a pre-determined schedule, a On-Site Document Destruction vehicle arrives to
service the containers.
A bonded, uniformed driver presenting proper identification transports the locked containers to the On-
Site Document Destruction vehicle.

Step Three: The container is placed into the security tunnel, where it is quickly and securely lifted and
tipped into the industrial-sized shredding system. The On-Site Document Destruction driver never
handles, touches or sees the material. The material is totally destroyed in a matter of minutes.

Step Four: The material is destroyed in a matter of minutes. When the destruction is complete, the On-
Site Document Destruction driver will issue your company a Certificate of Destruction to certify that
your material have been handled and shredded in a confidential manner. This document can serve as
proof of record for your files.
